Land Use Bylaw and Map

The Municipal Government Act requires every municipality in Alberta adopt a Land Use Bylaw to regulate development within their boundaries. Strathmore’s Land Use Bylaw No. 14-11 has been in effect since September 17, 2014. It outlines the rules and regulations for development of land in Town and guides the decision making process for development permit applications.
