Family Centre Arena
The Strathmore Family Centre is the destination for ice sports in the winter including hockey, ringette, and figure skating. During the summer, the facility is utilized for indoor lacrosse, ball hockey and roller hockey. The Family Centre houses an NHL sized ice surface and an Olympic ice surface.
- The facility plays host to a variety of events including: sporting events, concerts, weddings, trade shows and conferences.
- The arenas accommodate competitive and recreational hockey, figure skating, family and public skating, lacrosse, ringette, ball hockey, and organized group activities.

Service Animal Information
Dogs trained to aid or to guide individuals with visual, hearing, or other disabilities are permitted in the facility. The owner must ensure that the service dog is under control at all times. Service dogs must be:
- Trained by an ADI (Assistance Dogs International) accredited organization, or
- Trained by a school that meets the qualifications of the International Guide Dog Federation's standards, or successfully tested through an approved Alberta testing facility (as per the Alberta Service Dogs Act)
- Have training identification, and
- Must wear a service animal vest and appropriate harness.
