Bylaw #18-20: Land Use Bylaw Amendment

Bylaw #18-20 proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 14-11 by re-designating four (4) parcels of land south of the TransCanada Highway described as NW 11-24-25-W4M, as shown on Figure 1 below.  The parcels are proposed to be changed from Urban Reserve and Light Industrial to Highway Commercial and Public Service District.  The 5.39 acre parcel is proposed to be used for a future Western Irrigation District and Marigold Library System joint-use headquarters building.  The other parcels are proposed to be used for future highway commercial development.  Please see the full Request for Decision Package below.

Bylaw #18-25: Land Use Bylaw Amendment - RV's and Driveways

 Bylaw #18-25 proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw No. 14-11 by allowing a maximum of one recreation vehicle (RV) to be parked on a front driveway or on a parking pad in the front yard of a property.  Bylaw #18-25 also proposes to require a development permit for driveways and limit the width and area of a front driveway and parking pad to not exceed 45% of the lot width, or 8 m whichever is less.  Housekeeping amendments of previous regulations regarding recreational vehicles are also proposed under Bylaw #18-25.
