Community Investment Fund


The Town of Strathmore is excited to be launching the newly created Community Investment Fund (CIF). The CIF program is an application based funding model designed to build stronger partnerships between Town Council and Community not-for-profit organizations in nurturing, supporting and celebrating Strathmore's artistic, cultural, sport and recreation attributes that enhance Strathmore's overall identity, sense of place and quality of life. 

The CIF program has 3 levels of funding: Community Matching Fund of up to $500

Small-Scale Festival and Events Matching Fund of up to $5,000

Large-Scale Festival and Events Matching Fund of up to $15,000

*Committee Review and Council Approval are tentative and subject to change based on scheduling and availability.
**September intake will accept applications for the first quarter of each year. 

Community Matching Fund will be open year round and can be submitted at any time, preferably 30 or more days out from the event.
