We are open and ready for business but have implemented more protocols and procedures to ensure we are being COVID safe. Our class sizes will be smaller, we have enhanced our cleaning schedule and will be using more entrances to limit people in the studio at a time. We will have a detailed Covid-19 safety protocols and procedures document on our website, as well as a hard copy in the studio.

COVID update: We will not be offering a Junior program until January at the earliest. Novice program 8 to 12 (grades 3-6) is run on Wednesdays at 4:45-5:45 pm. Juvenile/Bantam is 12 to 18 (grades 7-12) on Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm. Bonspiel at the end of February that accepts all junior members and out-of-town teams as well. Coaches are trained volunteers from the club.

The Strathmore Silver Sharks Swim Club is for competitive swimmers from age 6 to 18. We have multiple levels of swimming which may be as little as twice per week for 30 minutes, and up to 5 days a week, a total of almost 10 hours of swimming. We are a winter club and our season runs from October 1st, until the end of May. Cost varies depending on the swimming level, but starts at about $520 and goes up to $1500 per swimmer. We have worked with the Town of Strathmore, Swim Alberta, Swimming Canada, and Lifesaving Society of Canada to come up with an excellent Return to Swimming plan. Contact us for more details! At Matrix Cheer we provide quality cheerleading and tumbling programs. We provide both competitive and recreational programming as well as specialty events. We also offer private lessons for tumbling, jumps, conditioning and flexibility. Our competitive programming runs Sept-April and our recreational classes run in 4 yearly sessions (fall, winter, spring and summer). We have classes for all levels and programs starting at age 5 this year. We have increased cleaning protocol and staggering programs to ensure all cleaning can be done between groups. All group activities follow cohort protocol and whenever possible maintain 6ft distancing. We currently have space on our competitive teams, and all tumbling classes. Check us out! All students must be 4 years old by December 31, 2020. Our program is now full. Three morning and three afternoon per week program. Morning is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:25 to 11:20 am. Afternoon will run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:15 to 3:10 pm. Fee is $150.00 per month per student with a $50.00 program registration fee (includes school supplies, snacks and field trips).
