Support from Strathmore’s Mayor and Council

Your Mayor and Council are working to support Strathmore during this emergency. At the March 18 Council Meeting they directed Town Administration to suspend penalties for late payments on utility and tax invoices. Also, no collection action will be taken against accounts in arrears. This policy is effective March 18 and will be in effect until May 31.

Pre-authorized utility payments and TIPPS tax payments will still be processed if you’ve set up this service. If you need to suspend these services please contact the Town at 403 934 3133. Our updated options for payments can be found in our Utility FAQs

The Town of Strathmore has been in contact with Fortis, ATCO, Epcor, and Waste Management for regular updates on their strategies to respond to COVID-19. Check our Utilities FAQs for more information, or visit your service provider's website.

Making regular payments helps to keep your balance manageable. We’re here to help – call 403 934 3133.
