Municipal Offices Access

Our  Municipal Office Building is open to the public. 
Our municipal services remain accessible online at strathmore.ca. Residents can access our staff by email and phone during office hours 8:30am - 4:30pm.   Click here for information on our recreation facilities.

Bill Payments

• Mail your cheque payment or post-dated cheque to the Town of Strathmore,  PO Box 2280, 1 Parklane Dr, Strathmore, AB T1P 1K2. Be sure to include your bill stub or account number.
• A new night drop-box is available to receive forms and payments at the new Strathmore Municipal Building, 1 Parklane Drive. If you have already dropped off payment at the previous location it will be received however, that drop-box will soon be removed and we encourage residents to use the new drop-box.
• Most banking institutions have the Town of Strathmore listed for making payments via Internet and telephone banking. Please be sure to use all the digits of your account number without the decimal point. Payments are received and processed by the Town within two to three days.
• With My Strathmore, you can pay your utility bill online securely and conveniently with Visa or MasterCard. If you do not already have an account, you can request an account through strathmore.ca> My Strathmore. If you require assistance, please call us at 403-361-2101.
• Credit cards can also be processed over the phone for payments.
