Strathmore Family & Community Support Services acts as a referral agent for all Strathmore residents and surrounding area. This program continues to support the Strathmore residents with completing forms such as AISH, OAS, and CPP, Alberta Support, and Alberta Seniors Benefits.

 

Home Alone Training

Is your child ready to stay home alone but needs some extra skills first?
Join Strathmore/Chestermere Family Resource Network Hub and Strathmore FCSS for Home Alone training through the Canadian Safety Council.
Your child will gain the confidence to stay home alone, understand how to keep themselves safe, and learn how to handle minor emergencies like thunderstorms or a power outage!
This program is for children 10 years and older. 
Date: November 15-19
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm
Location: Trellis Lower Level (419B, 2nd Street)
Register in person at the Town of Strathmore FCSS or by calling 403-934-9090 (Operational Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, closed from 12:00pm - 1:00pm for lunch)
Cash, Debit and Credit accepted
