Mindfulness Yoga
  • Join us for a rejuvenating one-hour yoga and mindfulness session in celebration of Magha Puja Day! This special event is open to both adults and children, providing an opportunity for individuals of all ages to experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices.
