Open to renters, property owners and all who would like to attend.

 This two-hour presentation will offer useful information for those renting or property owners looking to rent housing within Alberta. The presentation will be given by an expert that will answer questions about renting, the rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords, and more. Areas of focus for the workshop include:

• An introduction the to Alberta Residential Tenancies Act
• Signing a rental agreement and moving in
• Tenant rights and responsibilities while living in a rental
• Landlord rights and responsibilities
• Move out procedures and return of the security deposit
