1. Consent Agenda

Council adopted the following reports through the consent agenda:

Regular Council Meeting Minutes – July 17, 2024

Corporate Strategic Plan & Financial Plan Quarterly Report – Q2 2024

Thank You Letter from the Vault Cultural Collective Society

2. Business

The following items were approved by Council.

Scheduling of a Committee of the Whole Meeting on October 23,2024 at 6:30 p.m. and Regular Council Meetings (Budget) for 6:00 p.m. on November 19, 21, and 27, 2024.

Authorization for the Mayor and CAO to sign Local Government Fiscal Framework Memorandums of Understanding.

Funding recommendations from the FCSS Advisory Board for the Family & Community Support Services Grant Program and the Calgary United Way.

Authorization for the Mayor and CAO to sign Canada Community-Building Fund Memorandum of Agreement as presented.

Council directed Administration to schedule a Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 24-15, Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP),on October 2,2024 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.

3. Bylaws

Council deferred further debate and discussion of Cemetery Bylaw No. 24-12 to a future Regular Council Meeting.
