The Municipal Government Act of the Province of Alberta requires that every municipality pass a land use bylaw. A land use Bylaw is a planning tool that regulates and controls the use and development of all land and builidngs within the municipal boundaries.

The Town of Strathmore Land Use Bylaw #14-11 was adopted on September 17, 2014.
